Kia ora and welcome to Charlee Mac Creations, my name is Charlene Macrae driver of Charlee Mac Creations!  A bit like my role as a Mother I'm an enthusiast of loving to learn, believer in adapting to the seasons of change, passionate about purpose, encourages embracing who we are today and above all being grateful for what we have and what we are about to receive.

I have been three times blessed to have born my three beautiful humans, blessed three times more with two beautiful step daughters and a treasured grand daughter.  And forever grateful for meeting the love of my  life to share this life with.

​

I was born amidst the sweet smells of Rotorua and raised in the mighty Waikato.  My life has been truly blessed with a large family whom have been pivotal in my making, a family whom are, although exceptionally large, still very connected, Charlee was my nickname from my Nanna.  On my Mothers side, we have 5 living generations and we meet regularly throughout the year to celebrate both those passed on and those who are still climbing the hills of the living life.  So grateful to have something so rare.

I've spent the majority of my working life in either technology, fitness, education or education technology and I was blessed with much learning and growth opportunities.  My recent dive into creating was a gentle calling that was encouraged by my Family.  

​

I am a believer in the power of energy and my creativity and energy for recreating pieces of furniture and passing them on with renewed life and love is such a healing hobby, they happen to be pieces that have been transforming and gorgeous too!

​

My passion for photography is of no surprise to me, or my family, throughout my life I have been drawn to the warmth and joy of seeing people in their element.  Being able to capture and highlight these moments are indescribable, when I hear the feedback it fills my soul with so much purpose.  I am self taught and a beginner photographer who is grateful to be a part of your journey.
